I absolutely love photographing families at their homes... Every photo is truly a reflection of the joy and memories shared there. This year I had the pleasure of going to Sarah and Bob's home to shoot their annual family portrait. As life long customers and friends, it was an honor to be able to tell their family's story. I am in love! Not only do I love Erynn (and Matt) who I have known forever, but their new puppy Ziggy stole all of our hearts. Oh my goodness, boundless energy and the most darling curiosity keep us laughing. Just like making sure a newborn baby is photographed while they are itty bitty, it is so nice to have a puppy have it's professional portrait taken before they get too much bigger. Erynn and Matt drove in from Washington D.C. for the shoot. We chased Ziggy all over our studio gardens that day and a few weeks later they were able to hang in their home this super cute photo of Ziggy with their boots.
